NO REFUND POLICY

Refunds for our Educational Services:

Products under Education service when purchased are non refundable, we have packed the best value for your money.We are aware that assimilation differs amongst humans, hence we advice you go through Educational contents over until you gain mastery.

Refunds for Membership or Subscription Products:

Membership or subscription products purchased from ECA are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your membership or subscription, you will do so by not renewing for a new billing cycle.

Here are a few reasons why we do not offer refunds or cancellations:

Our products and services are digital, and once delivered, cannot be returned or cancelled.
We put in a lot of time and effort into creating high-quality products and services that meet our customers’ needs. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations, as the time and effort put into creating and delivering these products and services cannot be recovered.

Exception

In rare circumstances, we may make an exception to this policy if there is a significant defect in any rare occasion if communication is received six (6) hours from purchase time after considering other implications such as affiliate commitment, administration fee and nature of defect encountered.
